Include these facts when they apply:
- the Disquiet version and build number;
- the iOS or iPadOS version and device model;
- the location or action involved;
- what you expected and what occurred;
- whether the result repeats after you reopen the app.
Do not send secrets. Do not include passwords, payment data, private documents, recovery codes, or unrelated personal information. A small screenshot is useful only when it contains no private material.
Accessibility
Describe the control, caption, motion, contrast, timing, or audio condition that prevents play. Include the accessibility settings in use. A concrete barrier is more useful than a polished report.
Development status
Disquiet is in development. Support cannot provide an App Store date, purchase link, or release schedule before Recluse Studio publishes one on the Disquiet product page.
Privacy
The current data boundary is described in the Disquiet privacy policy. Email the address above with a privacy question or request.
Response
Recluse Studio handles support directly. No instant response time is promised. Messages receive a human response as capacity permits.
